This website was created to provide an overview of AIDS Action Europe's work, what our current Strategic Framework is and how you can get involved in the member and partner consultation process on our way to our new Strategic Framework 2022-2025.
WHAT IS THIS, YOU ASK?
Writing of our current Strategic Framework 2018-2021 started in 2016 at the very first AAE Member and Partner meeting where we asked the representatives of our member and partner organizations to provide input on their needs and demands and help us shape our work so it better responds to them.
This year would be the year to address our member and partner organisations again on the new Strategic Framework 2022-2025 at our Member and Partner meeting 2020, which, due to COVID-19 measures, has been shifted online. Therefore, we came up with an even better consultation process where we would like our members and partners to be even more involved!

Back to the roots!
Our current work is shaped by an overall strategy that was developed together with our members at the AIDS Action Europe Member Meeting 2016. This strategy was later transcribed into the Strategic Framework. Our Strategic Framework defines objectives and methods of our work as well as core thematic areas of our focus.
CORE THEMATIC AREAS
As part of our Strategic Framework, six core thematic areas were identified that shape our work for 2018-2021. Learn more about the achievements so far and help us decide on what we should continue to work on.
